Worst place I've lived at, and I've lived at a lot of places. Dishwasher has been broke for 2 weeks. Said they ordered a new one. We have mold growing on the ceiling in the den and kitchen. They claimed to fix it, didn't. The mail boxes have been broken for over a month, we have to go to the post office and pick up our own mail. The pool is filthy, bugs everywhere. There's not enough parking for tenants, only a couple on the entire place for guests. Go elsewhere, we won't be renewing our lease.

My partner and I are very happy living at The Preserve and recently renewed our lease for another year. The community is always very clean, the staff has been very helpful, no bug issues, and maintenance usually completes any work orders within 24hrs. The community amenities are clean and convenient. We love it here!

Happy to say I renewed my lease again. 3 years strong. I honestly love the community here, family oriented especially for children of all ages. The staff has excellent work ethic and very professional !!! Charles and Sabrina really take care of their their tenants very warmly! If I have a choice I would live here forever. Hopefully they’ll give me the option to buy my apartment. Honestly, Thank you guys for all you do and the great hospitality giving. Thanks for hand picking amazing staff to work for the company. It’s takes a Villages to stay strong and honestly this villages is one of the strongest community I’ve adore so far. Thanks again

Apartments at The Preserve at Tampa Palms are wonderfully open and spacious! I love that the carpet is replaced each time the apartment is vacated so the new occupants get a clean fresh carpet. This might be something small to some but for someone who has severe allergies, this is such a nice touch The Preserve at Tampa Palms provides. The amenities are nice, though the park could really use a facelift, but still somewhere the kids get to meet and play. Pricing is competitive to other communities nearby. But the closest space in some of these apartments are enormous and spacious which is a big advantage to other communities!! I'd recommend this community for families looking to also have their kids attend an A+ elementary school at walking distance!
