My apartment wasn’t ready when I moved in, (missing lights, missing outlets, appliances not working). It took 2 months for this to get fixed. Cosmetically the unit I was in was never fixed from the previous tenant. Cabinets, walls and ceiling had holes, etc. My unit flooded once with water near the beginning of my lease, and flooded the last day of my lease with SEWAGE. The septic system is a huge huge issue here, and backs up into units. It’s a relatively quiet complex which was nice, staff is also nice but the years and years these buildings have been through show. Rent is high and it’s unfortunate the high price you pay for places like this.

resulting in my apartment being 85 degree in the nighttime!! The wonderful maintenance crew responded as fast as possible and had it fixed the next day. Their fast action prevented my family and myself from the miserable heat.

We’ve only stayed here a month and cannot wait to find a new apartment. The day we moved in the apartment was almost trashed, blinds broken, no appliances or showers worked, and there was holes in the walls and chunks taken out of the doors. Packages have been stolen from the locked mailboxes and leasing office says not their problem. Bags stolen out of our cars and still not their problem, even when directly in front of their cameras, no help at all. Maintenance closes work orders and never comes out to fix. Whenever we call leasing office no one answers, and leaving a voicemail gets no reply. Super trashy complex, very disappointed especially for the price we are paying. Would never recommend moving here.

I moved to River View Apartments in 2019. Amazing apartment complex! Large apartments and Reasonable rent! Office staff is Excellent, always ready and willing to address any issues/questions with a smile. Maintenance is Excellent, they address any issues you have and resolve them promptly. They keep the grounds clean and the community is nice and quiet. I plan on staying here a while. Highly recommend!
