Lived here over a year For almost $2000 a month Your roof will leak Your A/C will leak or catch fire or both Your washing machine will leak Your dryer will break You will find mold once the bathtub starts chipping Maintenance team is great but I shouldn't need weekly visits from them. Overall not worth the price. If you can afford to live here you can find a MUCH better place for the same price

I will give a 5 star! 7 years ago when We moved to US this was the first place we lived at that time our rent was 900$ for 2bed 2 bath and we create amazing memories, it was the best year of my life! Amberly place was a good start for us as we didn’t had any credit history and not that much money, they were the only one that allowed us to move in ! Never ran into issues with them and the neighbors were amazing too. Thank you for giving us a chance

We recently moved into Amberly Place apartments and have felt so welcomed by the community. The maintenance staff has been amazing in answering calls and completing requests. Ivan has been so helpful and attentive in assisting me and my family. Thank you so much maintenance staff.

I’ve been a resident here for a year and have recently renewed my lease. I’m very satisfied with my apartment due to the fact that Shawn, the young man who works in the maintenance department is so awesome. He is thorough and takes pride in his work. My sister and I have requested that only Shawn complete the work that’s needed in our apartment. He’s kind and respectful and always makes sure we are satisfied with his work before closing the work order. Thanks Shawn for your hard work and dedication!
