I have been living in this community since 2012. We have gone through many managers and leasing agents by far I have had the most wonderful experience. Amy,Raven and Robert have exceeded my expectations. When maintenance is called they always come on a timely manner and are amazing as well. Thank you Nelson and your maintenance team!! We greatly appreciate all of your hard work and dedication! Gardens of South Bay Team !

The inside of these apartments are quite nice, if maintained ; however, the breezeways are filthy and the parking lot and spaces are too narrow, making it difficult to park. And to top it off, seems there's not enough parking spaces at night.

Came to the property cause it said they had a 4bd available from the moment we walked in the Spanish lady in the office to the left was very rude which changed my whole prospective if they did have something available I wouldn't rent from them first impression is everything they need to have someone in the office with better customer service skills if I could give them a zero star I would when I asked her about the apartment that was suppose to available she says oh that's from either for rent. Com or apartment finder so I asked her who updates their availability them or the apartment sites she stated them how do they know that they fit have availability if they don't notify the company

Gardens at South Bay apartments are clean, spacious and affordable! The office and maintenance team are great people always respectful and helpful. I love the comminity fun activities for children and adults that the girls in the office put together, especially for the these past holidays! They definitely put smiles on lots of children's faces! With FREE pictures with Santa & friends. The whole office and maintenance dressed up all for the kids!
