Hi, I would've gave more stars but I don't understand why the pool is lock for the summer called the office and they said yall have to pass some kind of safety code and yall I'm the progress of doing that..My rent went up hundreds and we have no access to the pool it been like that for years since I move here the pool been locked no gym and no park absolutely nothing for the kids to do..I said it like the projects but even the project have a park..

Moved here may 25th 2020, I thought the reviews were just discruntialed tenants. All reviews are accurate. This is a nice place to live, new manager Simon actually has the place cleaned up from trash. Pool can not be used, management chooses to keep it closed. No business center,internet etc. No pool table, no playgrounds. Red head manager literally and I quote, " if its not an emergency I don't want to hear it." Took 3 days to get her to even tell maintenance about the shower and dishwasher. Unfortunately they never answer the phone. I asked for her to write information down and then I asked if she wanted me to write down my info, she replied" no, I'm not stupid." I have a brain injury so her implying I'm stupid because I need info written is just rude. All because I was confused about why we can only use the laundry from 9am -4:30 pm mon-fri.Great place up in coming, just really insentive entitled manager. Water does get turned off often sometimes with notice sometimes not.Also cockroaches in my building are somewhat under control but still get them.Also I thought it was nice management announced a door decorating contest for Christmas. The really weird part...they said the 3 winners were notified and the rest of the community can not be told who the winners are, front desk lady said its literally a secret.Weird

I have been living here for 4years and have went through new owners 3 of those. The owners now are making more changes for the better than the past owners. And I plan on staying another 12mo. To my knowledge they communicate very well with tenants.
