I stayed here on a short term, furnished lease and I've definitely enjoyed my stay. The community, gym, and pool area is very clean. Staff is very attentive whenever help is needed. Location is great too! Definitely would recommend to others!

M South is a great apartment community to live in. When I first toured I felt immediately at home.. Teri showed me around and helped me with my lease / move in.. She was super friendly and extremely professional. Based on my experience so far everyone has been great. The maintenance team communicates well, is professional and helpful. Grounds are clean, the pool is well maintained and parking is easy and accessible. Overall I feel at home and relaxed in this community and any issues I have had have been addressed immediately. Thank you M South, you guys rock.

The front office management (specifically Teri) is very unprofessional and rude. I came into the office because I was putting in my move out date (raising my rent 400, which is more then what they are newly leasing my apartment for) she was being passive aggressive while indicating I was not going to find anything better around. If you read more review you can see the many complaints regarding the management. She has been known around the complex as being rude to everyone. Besides management the front gate is ALWAYS broken leaving the gate open 24/7, why am I paying a high rent for a gated community when the gate is never working? The dog park is definitely not well kept, just a pile a dirt. Guest parking is rough. Packages are always being stolen. Overall, the price is not worth it.

Despite facing some fairly substantial issues with the move-in process, the team was eager to rectify things. It's apparent they care and will take the necessary steps to resolve any problems. Happy to see the breezeway paint touch-ups and trash program improvements. Outside of needing to move to care for an ill family member, I would continue leasing here. One of the few communities in this area that offers short-term leases. Corinna and team are making great progress!
