Great location. Pleasant staff and Property Manager, Flerida that responds quickly to issues. 24 hr access to Fitness Facility. Business Centre and meeting room. Good size swimming pool. Well kept landscaping. Area for washing vehicle and vacuuming.

This has been by far the worst complex experience I have lived at. The management is not helpful and rude with any concerns, maintaince does not fix things correctly, there is a bug issues, the property stinks from the garbage that is not picked up in a timely manner, the call boxes that do not work, you can also here your neighbors conversations while walking the halls or laying in bed from the thin walls. The bright side are the other team members in the office are a pleasure to work with and showed concern with issues. Don't be charmed the amenities and nice grounds.

I had the pleasure of living at Jefferson Westshore (Amelia @ Westshore) for 5+ years. As a young professional, location and security are important to me. You won’t find a better location and community of neighbors to call home in the Bay Area. The amenities (gym, pool, parking and storage options) in the community are great and only getting better. I am excited to see what the future holds for Amelia at Westshore. If you are relocating to the area or just moving across town, make sure you put this location on your list to visit you won’t regret it! They have spacious rooms and superb appliances in each unit. Lastly, but most importantly the office and maintenance staff. I personally have never had any issues requesting service in my apartment to fix minor issues. The maintenance crew is the best in the Bay!The leasing staff is excellent and professional, I will miss ALL of them dearly. If I move back to Tampa, I’m moving back “home” to Amelia at Westshore! “It’s always a great day at Amelia @ Westshore”
