Overall this is a solid apartment complex. It’s the best bang-for-your-buck I could find in south tampa. The nature trail is a solid amenity that a lot of other complex’s don’t have, and the gym is a lot better than most. Maintenance usually comes the next day, Andy was very helpful and informative about how to prevent future maintenance problems. If it were newer/more spacious it would bump it up to a 5 star

UPDATE: Their ‘new & improved valet trash service’, who is supposed to come every morning, Monday through Friday has came once this week resulting in the following infestation of maggots and ants… Decent place to live. Friendly neighbours and awesome pool areas and gym. Also, in a great location. The pricing is my biggest issue. Increasing rent on long term tenants by $300 is forcing people out. Paying $2000 per month on a small 1 bedroom is scandalous.

Marissa Barrios was more than helpful with our move in experience. She went out of her way to ensure we could rent an apartment for our daughter on a couple of months notice. Any issues we had were quickly resolved and we are grateful that she has such a wonderful personality. Cortland Bowery is lucky to have someone like her.

Bowery Bayside by Cortland is a lovely property in a fantastic location! It is so nice that they have a mini convenience store on site. The office staff is always professional, accommodating and extremely helpful! I will continue to lease here again and again!
