We recently moved from a one bedroom apartment in the West building to a 2-bedroom Tower apartment at Avalon Clarendon. My boyfriend and I knew we needed additional space, but couldn't imagine living anywhere else. We love the connivence of the area and the community here at Avalon Clarendon. Everyone is friendly and the staff is very helpful, especially the concierge, Sandy-Lee, and the Sales Supervisor, Diego. They both made every effort to make our move as seamless as possible. Thank you both!!

My husband and I have lived at Avalon Clarendon for a little over 2 years and we have had a great experience. The area is extremely walkable, whether you need groceries, dinner, shopping, or quick access to a metro. Additionally, the team here has been so accommodating to any of our questions or maintenance issues. We have had maintenance requests completed by both Falco Tutiven and Elmer Espiritu, and they are always quick to respond and so kind. Also, Sandy-Lee Ramkissoon, the front desk concierge, is fabulous. She is always so positive and genuinely cares about residents. I would absolutely recommend Avalon Clarendon for anyone looking to live in Clarendon!

This is a great place to live! Right in the middle of tons of shopping spots in Arlington and a short walk to the metro. Maintenance is the best. Falco is very patient, great at what he does, and a pleasure to talk to. Any issues we had were taken care of. If we're ever back in Arlington we hope to move in here again!
