I've been at Instrata Pentagon city for just over a year and a half. I look forward to coming home and being greeted by the most welcoming staff, top-notch facilities, and fantastic location each and every day! Concierge Staff: Treasure works the afternoons during the week and is extremely accommodating and always assists with any requests or inquiries I have. Additionally, she's extremely friendly and conversational, giving a personal touch to every interaction I have at the front desk. Monty is warm, welcoming, and an absolute joy to see on the weekends. She asks about my plans for the weekends and how I'm doing frequently! Another great personal relationship with Instrata's concierge staff. Sheila works the afternoons and never fails to make me smile. She greets not only me, but also my pup whenever we walk through the lobby. Truly a great staff member! Marcus is the man! He runs the mornings during the week and we always catch up with DMV sports and current events. Truly thankful for Marcus. Property Management: Debbie is the GOAT. She has made my experience at Instrata Pentagon City worthwhile and is another huge reason why I renewed here. From the first interactions to now, she's always supportive, accommodating, and caring. Facilities: Fitness Center - Instrata never fails to make quality additions to the gym. Two Mirrors by Lululemon, a Peloton bike, numerous cardio machines, AND dumbbells up to 75lbs. Can't beat this apartment gym! Pool - it's large in size and has plenty of space and poolside chairs to accommodate any size parties. Lounges - they are top-notch and are ALWAYS clean. From the smell of the lounges to the perfectly aligned decorations. Quality facility. Location: Instrata is perfectly located to accommodate anyone at anytime of their life. It's right next to the Pentagon City Mall (no parking costs!), across the street from Costco and Whole Foods, and is across the street from Aurora Highlands Public Park. Truly a win on location!

I have lived at Instrata since 2016. I am moving to a larger apartment in the building in June. I have been getting a lot of extra packages some quite heavy and prefer to pick up in the evening. Treasure the evening concierge has been so kind to me. She is always so polite and truly a joy to speak with! Overall everyone in the building is lovely and I have written positive reviews before. Treasure has been especially helpful so I wanted to recognize her excellent service! Thank you Treasure for yor remarkable service and warm smile! Best Chris Waterman

I lived here for 1.5 years. Location is superb (2 min walk to metro, right next to mall and park with tennis courts).
