Have been living here for a little over 2 years now, through 3 different building managers. The newest manager, Jennifer, is great. She’s there and friendly with any issue you might be having. The maintenance team is really great! I have never had a building maintenance team that have not only been so friendly, but also they fix problems fast and genuinely care about your problem rather than just checking off a to-do list. Besides the obvious noisy/messy construction next door that everyone has mentioned, it’s a great, clean apartment building with everything you need within walking distance of everything in ballston.
