I have lived here for 2 years now and have has nothing but good things to say and a great experience. The staff is extremely friendly and the maintenance crew has always done quality work on little to no notice. Would definitely choose to live here again if I move back to the area!

Great staff and amenities! The concierge staff and maintenance crew are very friendly and helpful. Been living at the Palatine for a few years, and it is great to see so many staff members still here! I also appreciate the sound proofing of the apartment (very quiet atmosphere). Easy access to the metro and shopping. Would highly recommend the Palatine!

The Palatine is a really, really great apartment building. After living here for 2 of the past 5 years in the DC area, I think I have the best building of anyone I know. No really, I had a spreadsheet. Not only are the apartments competitively priced, the features and finishes are even better in person. What makes this place exceptional though, is the staff. The management, concierge, and maintenance staff are all super nice and actually helpful. My administrative needs are handled with professionalism and grace, my maintenance requests are answered within a few hours (sometimes minutes!), and every single concierge gets to know the tenants and make us feel welcome and at home. Recently became a smoke free community and has always been a dog loving building a block from the Courthouse Metro Station.
