Made an appointment online at this store for 1:00pm Friday June 3rd. I arrived at the store 15 minutes prior to my appointment time only to find out the store was closed. There were signs on the front door indicating that the store was "temporarily closed" and instructing you to go to another Verizon store in the other side of town. It is truly amazing and completely unacceptable that they wouldn't even have the courtesy to inform you ahead of time that this location was closed.

What happened here? They are out of phones, nobody was in the lobby of this location. The young lady while nice was aloof at my needs. BTW, I use Samsung and they were out of most models. I literally would have taken anything as my phone was badly damaged. But there was none.

Reset the phone . If you put new application on sometimes they may not load properly and phone gets issues remove any new app and reboot phone. I have a moto and it sometimes just shuts down and reboots itself
Renee, you can schedule an appointment on the My Verizon app on your smart phone or tablet, schedule an appointment online, or they accept walk-ins as well.
