Do not agree to sign the lease or pay deposits unless you're absolutely sure you'll move in. I've paid over $500.00 for deposits and was told that because I'm choosing not to take the apartment I can't get my deposits back. The apartment isn't even empty yet nor have I signed the lease and yet my deposits are being held. As a courtesy I'll get back $200.00 but I will not be getting the other $300.00 they'll keep that. That's extremely unfair since the unit isn't even ready or available to move into yet.

They just changed water rates. I live alone in 1 bdrm apt and my washing machine doesn’t work and latest water bill over $70!!! What a rip off!! That’s 1 person in 1bedroom apt not using washing machine, so if you have a family you better add a couple hundred dollars to the rental price or your budget will be screwed!!!!! They also charge about $20 a month fee. Kinda like high end apartments but they don’t offer the door side trash pickup like they do. JUST THE FEE!! UPDATE March 2022 I HATE BEING LIED TO!

Honestly I cannot say enough about my time at Seven Oaks. I lived there for 3 years and the staff is amazing. Nets and Lisa were absolutely flawless in showing me the apartment and overall communication throughout my entire time living here. Maintanence is amazing and very prompt in there response and execution!!! I felt very blessed to have found such an amazing place to live for 3 years !!!

Edit: As of today I've taken back my 2 stars and given them 1. They finally hired a contractor to come and repair all of the leaking roofs, they hired some bargain bin low dollar half-ass company that is making the area UNSAFE. I literally personally had to go out and yell at them because the workers are THROWING ROOF DEBRIS OFF THE ROOF - into the parking lots, walk ways and dog walk areas WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING. Dudes are literally tossing heavy construction debris off the roof into the only walkway paths into my building. The office made NO effort to alert anyone they were doing construction, they made NO effort to assure the safety of the tenants, they made NO effort to rectify this. I had to personally threaten the workers with numerous blatant OSHA violations to get them to even clean up the debris they threw. I'm done with this place, they'll be lucky if they don't hear from my lawyer. Pros: Awesome pool and hot tub. Cons: Apartment is older and more dated than it should be for the price. Maintenance Staff / Office has a total disconnect and is absolutely heinous and utterly useless when trying to coordinate for repairs. It's as though the office staff does NOT communicate with maintenance staff. Office breaks promises or pushes back on ALL maintenance or service requests that are not formulated as such: "Please, by all means let yourself into my personal living space whenever the hell you want, or don't show up- that's your prerogative." I showed up to get keys day 1, walk to apartment and my doorknobs are off and there's still 2 dudes working inside the place and I had to come back to my OWN apartment later because they were still working. They tell you to fill out 'immediate issues' to be addressed on a sticky note on move-in survey... its month 6 and after 3 requests they still haven't even looked at the damned issue. REFUSE TO SCHEDULE OR EVEN COURTESY CALL MAINTENANCE APPOINTMENTS. Office staff was incredibly rude when trying to address this, "ITS IN YOUR CONTRACT THAT WHEN YOU ASK FOR MAINTENANCE, YOUVE GIVEN PERMISSION TO ENTER YOUR RESIDENCE WITHOUT TELLING YOU WHEN." Literally called about a leaking toilet on a Sunday, TWO Wednesdays later during the day the maintenance dude just lets himself in during the day when we're at work and does the repair. FINALLY schedule an appointment with me to check out previous issue from MOVE IN, I take the day off to stay home and wait for them... at 2pm I haven't seen them so I stop in to the office and RECONFIRM they are STILL coming that day... and they STILL no-show no-call me. Did I mention the office staff and their maintenance coordination is utter trash? Incredibly high office staff turnover. Literally new faces every time I've gone in to pay my rent for the past few months. Piss poor coordination with maintenance people. Even worse coordination with maintenance people. In all seriousness, it's like they're 2 separate entities- both completely moving to the beat of their own drum... like they don't even talk or work for the same parent company. Legit, I'm pretty sure they just do what they want. Fully intend to move the hell out at the end of my 1 year lease and never return. -------------------- Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. § 1926.502(j)(7) and its subparts: “During the performance of roofing work, materials and equipment shall not be stored within 6 feet (1.8) meters of a roof edge unless guardrails are erected at the edge. Materials which are piled, grouped, or stacked near a roof edge shall be stable and self-supporting.”

The weight limit is 75 lbs for one dog or combined weight for two dogs. .

Walmart is 1.5 miles away and would take approx. 30 minutes to walk.
