I was a tenant of this apartment, the management is not a very good management, it’s rude. The maintenance is not very good. I call to get something fixed, they don’t show up for days. When I move out I have $0 balance and years later, I received a debt collector letter of $388.76 for carpet and any other bills add together. I strongly do not recommend this apartment complex as a resident..

The only good thing I can say is the grounds are usually clean. The people around here can be petty. If you make a complaint or report, nothing is done. They let certain people get away with stuff, that they know is a lease violation. When something breaks down, it takes forever for them to fix, or it will never be fixed. They charge for services that you will never get. I have been here a year, and never had pesticide done. I still get charged for it. They allow traffic to go in and out, like a drug house. Even when you have proof of something, they will still do nothing.

Staff is great! My only complaint are some of the neighbors leave a lot of junk on their patios and many neighbors don’t pick up their dogs escriment after they finish their business outside. I’d love to see a change with that. That being said, I love the unit and I love the staff!
