Called in trying to find out details about the apartments and was on the phone with one of the leasing agents named shelby. She was able to answer all of my questions and made the experience super easy and friendly. Highly recommend!!

This property had me come in look at a model apt and they had 2 apartments available. I got application and all paperwork needed to rent. All information was given up front. Then today I get a call stating they don't have any openings even though it still shows she apt available on line and per them they still do.. This property Manager works with people of her choice. Not very professional and doesn't show any concern of other people. Very non Chalant bc of course it is not her in the situation. You move free told me this was not a good apt complex but I tried anyway beyond my better judgement. If your a Africian American do not try to rent from these people.. They are not interested in renting to you.. However Shelby was nice. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND I NEVER LEAVE A REVIEW BUT HAD TO TODAY!

I have really enjoyed living here for the last month. The leasing office is very nice, but more importantly they are very responsive. They are easy to get a hold of through calls or email. The maintenance crew is responsive and respectful. Granted, these aren’t luxury apartments. The countertops aren’t granite. The gates don’t close. However, the apartments are clean, there isn’t a bug problem, and the price is reasonable. Overall, it’s an apartment that will function well and fit into a budget.

Shiloh Oaks Apartment is not what I will recommend for anyone. At first the management will sound friendly, but are? the maintenance team is worst , when you put an order for any work it will take them over 3 weeks or a month to fix it. The building is very old with a lot of Cockroaches , wait for their big surprises in your bill for there will always be hidden charges especially with this current management. The worst of it all is the leak from the pipe so don't be surprise when you come back and met you belongings damaged due to leaks from the people living above you.dirty environment to rate it all.
