The Courtyard is a wonderful place to live, not only due to: 1) the incredible design plan of the apartments (maximizing the space better than any other dwelling of the same sq ft I have ever seen) 2) the layout with the central green area (LOVE this) 3) but the beyond amazing folks that manage this apartment complex as well as all the maintenance team. Everything is kept in the best condition possible, and even the grass is expertly kept. Everyone I talk to about this complex and the few folks that have visited my apartment, will not stop pointing out how incredible this place is and is managed. The treats for pets on pet day, or the fun calendar events, the fun fb posts. So thoughtful and I truly appreciate all that is done for us tenants. Thank you for making it so easy for me to call this home in a time of difficult changes in my life.

No, there will be water sewage, gas (to heat the water), trash, and electricity seperate.

The Courtyard doesn't carry a 3 bedroom floorplan and only has a few 2 bedrooms. They are mainly one bedroom.
I pay 770 plus water so its $800+ depending on water. this place is nice and clean. been here for a year starting 2nd lease. My best apartment ever. 😊
