never left a review but let's go, I like the this place been living here for 4 5 years very close to everything( foods stores, Wal-Mart, gas stations), close to the freeway, and when a have any issues in my room they been very efficient but only thing I have to call couple times i know its not just me but if some one had any issue remember be patient you guys making the problem more bad just keep reaching the office until the fixed but overall Nice place l.

No security no gates no camera . Entrance lights coming in off Broadway have not worked in a year in a half since James West repaired them.Ive reported it too many times to count.Walmart grocery carts have been sitting in grass for 2 months.Wrecked abandoned cars with expired tags stalled out by Entrance?? I always pay my rent but I know of a tenant who hasn't paid rent but is still here.?? I do like my apartment and my neighbors.But the issues I listed could be easily resolved. Now when I do have a maintenance request it is addressed promptly. The staff in the office are usually very pleasant to me.Maybe they are just so busy they don't have time to adress the issues I listed??Maybe I'm just being nitpick? But I do know that when I first moved here the property didn't look like this! Especially for the rent amount I pay. Maybe things will improve. I know I prefer not to move

The apartment management was good before the new management came in recently 😔. We miss Natalie she really cared about the residents. They never answer phone. They would put attorney charges on you with a promise to pay ...fake compassion This Syd lady, doesn't care, lies and I wonder how she got this job with zero customer service skills. When we moved in..there was no gym, they built a tiny one... The gym is never open...we moved here during the midst of covid...with having a gym advertised in mind. ..for the money better apartments . are available. Ijs....and I think they trying to kill me with the amount of bug spray they used in the gym@!..no trash can in gym, no wipes, no ventilation in the gym
