Lived here for 3 years, they never opened the pool in the summer, every time I’d call they’d say it’s being worked on and it never gets fixed. There’s LOTS of ROACHES and I cant Use my cabinets in the kitchen because roaches travel from unit to unit. THERE WERE EVEN ROACHES IN MY MICROWAVE one summer. Shower water is way too hot, good luck bathing yourself or your kids. I told them there was black mold under kitchen sink. Someone came but he did not do anything. This month I informed Alexa in The front office I wouldn't Be able to pay all my rent during this inflated time due to the rent being raised in the middle of my year lease but I didnt Mind paying the late fee but now I am Having to evacuate. I paid $600 out of $747 but I am Getting put out. I know People that go months not paying their rent so I’m super confused why this apartment is doing this. Wouldn’t recommend. They don’t care about you. And homeless people are making their way over there. Lots of random people walking around in the middle of the night . Save your money and time, move somewhere else.
