bad manegement need to learn how to communicate with people they dont treat people the same if you left some thing out side you will get warning paper on your door the other way vetname dude fix car all day in front of his door it looks like small mechanic shop ovilusly they dont see that they dont want to rent other race i heard a lot comlaint i ived hear more than 10 years if some thing brock good luck you have to call a lot even go to office to get attentio maintenance crew they are too busy to fix residents brocken apt but they have time to work on their car i have brocken bathroom they came to tix it suppsdly fix it next day they didnt show up i call and they say tney are busy and have to wait it has been one mo th still waiting to get it fix tjey shod get 1 star

When i first arrived in Dallas area back in September 2017. I stopped at this location looking to rent an apartment that the Vietnam man advertised on craigslist $450 a month. I had send emails to him and told him when i was moving to the area. When i arrived he told me that he had no apartments open but when he answered the phone he told someone else that he had apartments! You right, he only rents to people from the same race. . I was so disappointed that he had broken his word. I still live in the area and found out throughout the years that 99% of the people in Dallas area do not keep their word!!

I think you can’t get below this apartment, honestly speaking I don’t understand how they even got 3starts it’s beyond belief what goes on in this complex , bed bug , roaches , all type of insects and bugs I feel like it’s the worst place you could ever put yourself and your family, plus the office Asian guy only rents for his people and it’s sad
