I had to live with a roach infestation that was never handled

I moved in to a sink and dishwasher clogged and over flowing and they have still yet to fix the problem. It's starting to rot, stink and mold. I have reported it 5 times yet nothing is being done about it. It looks like I'm going to have to go the court route just to get it done.

Leslie is the worse management this property has seen in the 4 years of being here!!! Maintenance used to be on top of issues but with this company she says corporate hired contractors. Maintenance can't and isn't responsible for the contractors jobs. Over the weekend I had to have a family member fix the tarp that was left from the contractors because she said she couldn't do anything. She basically told me I was out of luck even though it was starting to rain. What was a pin sized leak in March has now turned into a quarter sized leak in my roof and ceiling currently in June. The ceing is soft to the touch. Currently I have no idea if the people that were on my roof fixed or patched the leak because Leslie says she don't know anything. When I asked what about my soft ceiling sh said I would again have to call corporate. When asking for corporates number she tells you with attitude Mayan management group google it. When asking for direct number or email she says Google it. She has a nasty attitude with no customer service. I have googled Mayan management since last week and had yet to hear from anyone, they direct me to Krissy's voicemail with Mayan Management Group. As you can see I had a prior 5 star review for this property when it was under different management.

I don’t know who even owns this property, and unfortunately I could care less who’s managing it. The last decade and plus years I’ve been living here, I’ve never seen a poor unorganized management quite like this, MYAN MANAGEMENT is the worse. Out dated app that are low rated, can’t even pay my bills online, nor send work orders (except by via email) come on get with the program. Frustrating inconveniences like shutting off water pipes, w/o 24 hrs notices can be and are annoying.
