I remember moving into my Parkside residence 7yrs ago like it was yesterday. I didn’t know anything about the area much less the apartment, but the manager made my transition from Louisiana to Texas happen despite my sketchy rental history. Over the years I built connections with Stephanie and the maintenance men, both are extremely professional and tend to your needs in a timely manner. I greatly appreciated that part! During the summertime the pool would open up for the kids to swim, while the adults grilled fajitas and made tacos in the grilling area. If I could complain about something it would be the parking situation, let’s just say I learned some hard lessons about following the rules about the parking😩. PEOPLE, hear me clear following the rules when it comes to parking have your sticker in the window of your car or if you have company over be sure and have the parking tag visible on the dash!!!! I had to learn the hard way. I will definitely miss the Tamale lady coming on Thursday’s or how convenient it was to go across the street and wash my car at the store. Park side will forever be near and dear to my heart for it was stepping stone for me in my life outchea in Texas!🤘🏿

How can i get ahold of corporate or someone over the management here? Kids run up and donw the 2nd floor shaking everything in my living room and then there out there till past 10:30 right now still running and screaming. I wake up at 4a.m to head to work and the manager seems to not try to control nothing unless i tell the ppl myself!
