They make you come into this specific store for a refund of your deposit if you don't end up getting the furniture you ordered. We moved an hour away, and there was another Ashley store maybe 5 minutes from us. But we had to drive all the way back to this location for them to give us a refund. Really terrible policy, a refund should be able to be handled in any store.

They changed my delivery date without telling me. I called to figure out what was going on and it took them 40 minutes to give me an answer in very poor English. A couple weeks later they changed our address and delivery day AGAIN without consulting us first, and it took a 15-minute phone call just to get the address changed back to what it was supposed to be. A week later they changed our address AGAIN. By the way, we ordered this furniture in January and it is currently July.

Bought a dinning room set with table and chairs, was promised a delivery date 2 weeks after I bought and paid for it. The day of the delivery the called to reschedule it for a month later. Now the day before the next delivery they want to reschedule it for over another month out. 13 weeks after paying for it and being told all of it was in stock. Called to cancel and refund and the customer service rep was rude and tried to not refund and wanted me to wait another 5 weeks for a delivery! I had to stop being polite and demand my refund and hopefully now it will be. Not shopping here again!
