I Wanted to spend a little money on a new golf driver. I entered the store, no greeting but of course none was really expected as I think most of the staff was barely old enough to drive, let alone have a conversation that did not involve an electronic device. I walk over to the golf section, and again not greeted by staff in that area. I started looking at clubs, but because the drivers I was looking at are expensive they are locked up. After 5-10 minutes I walked over to the counter. There were two employees behind the counter, one in front, and no other customers around. I asked for help with the golf clubs, and the one guy said, “will be with you in a second”, and then returned to his task of whatever it was. Obviously doing something that just needs to be done it much more important than helping a customer standing in front of you ready to spend money. Yes, that was sarcasm. I decided right there to just leave because why should I give these Dick’s people any of my money when they obviously don’t want it. I am certain that this store will be closed soon, but if they have any attention at all to customer service that might change, but I’m doubtful. And by the way, I did go somewhere else, had great service, spent some money, and even spent less than the Dick’s people would have charged.

I ordered underwear from them, and they left the security tags on, the ones that they take off upon purchase. It was a mess. I do not recommend purchasing stuff online from them.
