Wow. Gentlemen with the black goatee, insisted on calling my spouse for a mental health check for a handgun rental after I had already fired over 300 rds with my own sidearm...makes zero sense, only succeeding in nearly giving my wife a heart attack, as one would expect. I then asked about case prices for ammo. They will sell you a case... at the individual box price cost??? How do they compete with online sales? Overall, a pretty abysmal experience which will never be repeated, another customer lost.

My wife and her friend went in to shoot guns at range, the little man behind the counter with the black goatee was very rude and unprofessional, we have purchased there in past, we will never buy anything in there or use facility again and I will tell everyone I not to go there, we will gladly drive farther to another store/range to buy and use facilities. Shame on the management for hiring people that have no customer service skills, no one should be treated disrespectfully when they are going in and spending money, or asking questions.

They must’ve gotten rid of the staff who was rude because I had no problems with them. Both the range staff and purchasing staff answered my questions without judging and I’ve been to numerous ranges across the country. Rental firearms are a little outdated but they have plenty relevant ones, you can rent a lane for eight hours meaning you can leave the store and still come back to your lane. The purchase selection they have is updated, maybe two years behind but can still answer questions honestly.
