The apartments are beautiful and in good condition. Love the high ceilings. We are close to a lot of amenities here at the mall. Security isn’t great but it’s not an unsafe area. Just have to watch out for petty theft in the parking garage during the holidays.

I moved here in 2018 and it was simply wonderful I rate at 5, the past 1 1/2 I'm pushing it giving them a 3. We have change management at least four times. Every access/ entrance door is broken off the hinges so there is no security. The security gate was broken almost a year and when it was fixed it worked for 3 days and be down again another month. The parking is terrible they say enforce Towing that is not true everyone park here because there's no security you can just drive in just walk in you can basically do whatever you want. Maintenance? Don't get me started. The location is simply beautiful you have access to the mall and all the amenities on the mall it is wonderful. I have concerns coming home at night because you don't know what's in the parking garage or who was in the parking garage. Please you have to make it safe for your tenants.

For a complex that advertises quality living, my experience has been far from that. Over the past year I have felt delt with roaches, broken elevators, broken gates to what should be secure parking and the list continues. The office staff is far from concerned nor do they display any sense of urgency when legitimate issues are brought to their attention. I will not be renewing my lease and urge you to stay far away from a place that deemed it acceptable to live in a roach infested apartment apparently.

We have lived here for almost two years and it has been up and down. The people in the office are nice and willing to help. It can be difficult to reach someone sometimes but that’s anywhere. The surrounding area can be loud on Fridays and Saturday’s but that’s just living in Firewheel. On the weekends there are cars who just like to race up and down River Fern Ave and the people outside of Pete’s are super loud. They will be screaming and yelling drunk until 4 in the morning. The stupid kids will rev their engines outside around 2 am trying to get someone’s attention without realizing there are families and people living in the apartments. It really could be worse. That’s just what you have to put up with in a mall. The complex can’t do anything about them. We have a 3 year old and she sleeps more through the noise than I do. I’d rather that be the case though. The elevator does break down and makes it difficult to get groceries upstairs with a 3 year old in a stroller and sometimes I have to go through the parking garage to get to the other elevator. I usually have to take the stairs and carry it all up stairs. There’s going to be challenges where lever you live. These apartments are livable and there hasn’t been any major problems since we’ve been here. We have a home and it really could be worse. The people are nice and it’s convenient.

Questions & Answers

what's the rent prices per month?

950 to 1850

Why are cars without parking permits still allowed in the garage? I followed in behind a man towing his DEAD car in without a permit to only sit here and take up space that could be used by paying residents.

To make parking matters worse, they've taken 8 spots off each level and have decided to sell them for $50 a month. My car was almost towed because I went on vacation during Thanksgiving and parked in a normal spot, and when I came back in to town I had an orange sticker stating that if I didn't move my vehicle it was going to towed. Great way to solve the parking dilemma.

Is it noisy being by the mall?

Highly disagree. If you have a unit facing the mall, you will hear the sound of loud revving engines all weekend, during all hours of the day. People don't move here because it's quiet. People move here (like me) because we don't educate oursevles on how truly bad it is here, or we arrogantly assume we won't be apart of the massive majority of unhappy tenants. Well, guess again. Unless you find comfort in anger or frustration, this place is not for you.
