Would give 0 stars if I could. The service is terrible they will literally ignore you and act like they’re on the phone or doing anything else to not acknowledge you. You can tell they never actually clean. The room was covered in hair and there was broken glass and a used band aid on our floor. Also there was still pee and used towels in the bathroom and so much hair all in the bed. The AC was broken. This place is absolutely disgusting

The absolute most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been to. Booked online and when I showed up to check in and got the key to the room I walked in and walked out. It was absolutely awful, looked terrible, smelled terrible, dirty, bugs, holes in the walls. I went to cancel my stay and was charged $20 just to cancel and get part of my money back. This place needs to be shut down. Horrible hotel. Spend some more money and have a good night anywhere else. Not to mention, the employee working was completely offended by the fact that I wanted to cancel my stay.

Positive: Worst hotel experience of my life, sleeping on sidewalk would better. Front desk was a nightmare I asked to see room first he said no we don't do that. Corp office should make visit. Mattress was black and stained look like it fell off a truck.money back. Negative: No there was nothing I liked slightly. Actually vision on room haunts me. I requested I full refund for 1 second stay. Could not believe front desk refused offered me $61.00 paid $-- I feel robbed and very disappointed

Rooms look nothing like the picture, lobby looks nothing like the picture. Shower wasn't operable rooms have a funny smell. Floors aren't clean. Room made me want to leave Dallas and go back to Missouri and I love Dallas 🙃. Don't turn all the lights off there might be a roach. Only 3 pillows for your full size beds they aren't queens. One wet roll of toilet paper. I put a chair in front of my door just in case because you can't lock the door very well. The owner tried to charge $5 for a replacement key I told him no gave him my I'd and got the key I locked in the room and gave him his replacement back like big woop dude. Then you want to charge an extra $20 for this junk? I hope it gets shut down
