Old Hag's Pizza and Pasta

Been to this place twice. Food was good and had no issues. My third time I decided to order again and as I was ordering and about to complete my purchase the system gave me an error. So I was like OK ill try it again, and I attempted to purchase again and gave me a message saying unable to complete so I decided on something else. I wake up the next morning check my account and I'm charged twice for a pizza that didn't go through. So I called the store and the lady had kind of an attitude and she was like she didn't have my any record on file that I made the purchase. I was like how can that be when I'm looking at both charges on my account. She said she couldn't help me and that I'm on my own. She didn't try to compensate for their system error or anything and just basically said youre on your own and it has nothing to do with us. Based on that I won't be coming back to this place for fear if something like that happens again, they won't claim responsibility for their malfunctioning system and take your money. Keep in mind this is was my third time ordering with you guys, so my information is correct. Funny how they seem to know what happened now, and when I called they had no clue.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! The first thing I asked was… do you have pizza already made that I can purchase by the slice? The man says yes so I proceed to order and pay. Side note: the credit card machine forces you to tip. He told me to wait 5 minutes which was fine because I had an appointment across the street and being 2 or 3 minutes late is okay. After 10 minutes someone else walks in to pick up an order. He hands it to them and tells me it will be an additional few minutes. By this point, I’m irritated and I just tell him that I’ll have to come back because I’m already late to my appointment across the street. He doesn’t apologize, try to get me to stay or even offer to walk it across the street. He just let me leave. About an hour later, I come back and you would think he’d have my pizza waiting on the counter but nope. I waited ANOTHER 10 minutes while he took a phone order. All the while, my pizza was sitting right next to him. He could have easily handed it to while he talked me but I guess multi tasking isn’t his thing. Needless to say, I won’t be returning due to the wait time, lack of customer service and being forced to leave a tip for someone who clearly didn’t work for it. Also, it smelled like weed in there and he was definitely high. I don’t know anyone who moves or talks as slow as he did.

Worst garbage I ever tasted. They called it a New York pizza or something. It was just a plain cheese thin crust cheap 2 slices. The only good thing to eat there was the chocolate cake and bottled diet Pepsi. The service was worse. No slice to compensate for the debacle. I ordered a deep dish to compensate, the clerk tried to sell me a whole pan instead of the two slices I ordered. When I canceled the order he kept my 26¢ to boot, with an attitude. Needless to say I won't return there. I don't recommend it

There is one pizza place that I used to visit often when I lived in Columbus, Ohio... Even after 35 years I still miss Massey's Pizza....that is until I came across Old Hag's Pizza. It was the most flavourful pizza that I have had in years. I have looked high and low to find Massey's equal and I believe that I have found it. Excellent pizza and everyone in the shop was super friendly.
