I love this place. They are amazing! I come often and appreciate the inclusive and professional atmosphere. That being said I just got a haircut from one of their artists and she nearly ruined my haircut. With my wedding only a week away, she brought the fear of God into me. A lot of the stylist there are amazing (having been styled by many of them before) but this woman was not only unorganized, but also seemed like she didn’t want to be there. At first just starring out the window for a few minutes while I was waiting for my already late appointment. Then only giving me a smile, for me to decipher as to whether I’m suppose to come and sit or not. Later while using the buzzer, she practically scrapped it against the back of my head as if I were and inanimate object with no feelings. And even after showing her PHOTOS of what I wanted, she chose to go in a completely different direction trying to gaslight me into thinking it’s what I wanted when she was clearly scared that she messed up. I know this stylist doesn’t reflect the rest of the business and I still will come back, but never will I have her cut my hair again. My only advice is everyone please know who’s cutting your hair, and ask to wait for someone a little more professional.

Came in and greeted but got completely ignored, there was no lines or anyone ifront of me waiting for a cut stayed there for 30 minutes waiting and never got anyone to even ask or help. Had to walk away

Worst experience, I asked for a low fade and she did a super high fade even tho I explained nicely to her and even showed her a pic of the haircut I wanted, it was very simple but she was not even looking at me while I was explaining it.. Judy from Hollywood location gave me the worst haircut ever

I got my hair cut by Anna N and she did an amazing job! I told her what other Floyd stylists had told me they did and she did things her own way which ended up being way better! I will for sure look out for her name when I'm booking appointments in the future.
