Good cut and decent price for downtown. The place is actually behind the jewelry store. So if you go in to the "640 Hill St." which is the jewelry store, you don't be able to find it in there. You have to exit through the back door and it should be on the right side.

Have been here several times. First time, I was a walk-in and watched her cut several hairstyles while waiting. I was impressed and stayed for my haircut. Price is reasonable. They use both scissors and electric trimmers, so if you want a more expensive "scissor only" haircut, try somewhere else. Recommend getting an appointment, because the times fill up fast.
