If your looking to be insulted and treated with the worst customer service available, then this place is for you. I spoke to one of the guys on the phone a few days prior and set an appointment for my dogs. I was told to be there "in the morning" but was never given a specific time. I showed up at 9:01am and the guy acted like he was doing me a favor for taking them 1 minute after 9am. The guy was very sarcastic and condescending, I will wash my dogs at home before I ever brought them back here. Bad Attitude + DirtyEntrance + Sarcasm + Poor customer service = 1 star and NONE of my business!

First time taking my Marco here and I'm sure he loved it. There is very calm spa inspired music to create a soothing experience. Marco came out looking like an even more handsome furbaby.

We at Bishop Arts Dog Grooming can ONLY ESTIMATE prices for dogs being bathed or groomed (meaning receiving a haircut) over the phone & w/o seeing them in person. Some dogs require more time & effort: consider a filthy, matted Chow-Chow: as a breed, there's thick, dense hair & then compare it to a clean Australian Cattle Dog. Both medium dogs of similar sizes, but very different hair & attitudes & conditions, overall. There's many variables and we ask questions in order to make an estimate. Yes you need to make an appointment. Just call the main number to set that up, or leave a voice mail and they'll call you back. Highly recommend their service.
