Ever since Sherman is taking over this place has been an absolute sure to live in. They're simply less provisions for gas and only more rules I feel like I'm paying luxury prices but living in a college living apartment. Amongst the many issues that maintenance refuses to resolve his parking there's absolutely no parking for anyone especially in the buildings closer to the front of the property. They offer you to written you out of garage for $100 a month but the garages are far away from the apartment and they're simply not enough for everyone. Instead they have found a method of towing residents for profit and it's disgusting.

I have lived here for a few months now and love it! It is close enough without being too close to things. The area is still upcoming, but the changes are looking good. I absolutely love the pool, but wish the hours started a little sooner for us early birds. My only complaint is that I wish the fans in the hallways of our building worked, without them the air is a little stagnant.

We've lived here just over a month now. Couldn't be more pleased. Jessica, our leasing director, was a kind and candid face from the moment we walked into the leasing office. Friendly, frank & funny; up front but not overboard nor pushy in any way - we couldn't ask for a better person on our team! We rented a two bedroom with a garage and were shocked to find we had to remove the plastic from our refrigerator as well as the plastic wrap from our sink drains! In other words, no one had ever lived in our unit before us! We walked in for a tour on a Friday and moved in that Sunday. Again, Jessica's willingness to meet our needs was exceptional. A lot can go wrong in the course of 12 months, but as it sits now, this place is nothing but 100% in my books.
