WOW I came in a few months ago wasn’t even greeted I just felt such a despair in the office with the ladies especially the lady in the second office. When I went today oh my God I was greeted at the door the manager stood up spoke with me gave me all the information I needed I mean I’m convinced great customer service was designed based on the new manager there I am highly impressed and I cannot wait to lease my new home

This is Deshunda Traore. I want to thank Lexis from the very start. She has shown customer service and communication skills. Made me feel welcome every time I call about my application process. Also I like to thank Erica for welcoming me on property making me feel home and answering any questions that I had on my second step of my application process. Now I feel comfortable waiting on my call knowing that they have done their best in helping me. Can’t wait till I get the call saying come get your key to your new home.

I've lived here for almost three years now. I only have one real complaint, and its the hallway and stairways. I know the apartments cant force everyone to clean up after themselves but I wish they would power wash and clean more often! People drag their trash down the hallway and stairs which leave stains everywhere. I also had someone write on the hallway outside my apartment door. I love my apartment, the space, price, and everything inside is great. But I just wish the outside was cleaner. :(

If I could I would give them five zero's!😒 The worst office experience ever!!!!! My husband and I was approved for the apartment, received 5 move in dates, requested to speak to corporate and never received a call back. We actually requested the number to corporate twice, however; the first time we didn't call because before we left the office we thought we all were on one accord. We actually received a key that never worked, was offered another apartment, but; check this out, when I asked to see the apartment they didn't even have a key to access the apartment! There was a lot of lies being told!!! I read the reviews and talked to actual people that live on the property and they said they are teady to move! There was even a few times I was in the office and residents came in complaining. The apartments are nice looking on the inside and the outside is fair looking, but; let me tell you....THE REVIEWS DON'T LIE!!!! 😔
