Simona and Alex were amazing! They seriously saved me from a horrible situation with another apartment complex, addressed all of my concerns/ bad reviews online (those aren't about them!), and were so sweet and patient with me. The location was/is a concern for me, but they guaranteed me that extra security measures have been put in place (cameras everywhere and police monitoring the parking garages 12hrs throughout the night), and they are only continuing to improve the community. I'm not one to make hasty decisions, but the apartment complex was clean and beautiful, the ladies gave off the best vibes, and I knew it was the right decision. I'm excited to make Luxia home! Fingers crossed for a smooth move-in and even better year ahead! (Only removing 1 star because it was a bit difficult to reach anyone at the office throughout the day via phone. And I have to see everything to believe it!)

I love the new office and maintenance team. They always so welcoming when ever I have had to stop by the leasing office. I spoke with the manager and she was telling about everything they are planning to do and I am excited to see it all come through this year. Also, the new maintenance is always so happy, it nice seeing him around.

I relocated to Dallas due to employment and moved into the community (sight unseen) in December and can honestly say I absolutely love living here. Every neighbor I've met is super friendly. Close proximity to Baylor and a short Uber ride to Uptown/Downtown and Deep Ellum for food, nightlife and shopping. Leasing staff are very attentive to my needs & my maintenance request are done on the same day. The gym is definitely one of the largest I've seen in apartments. Coffee bar to get me off to work is a plus as well as being a very pet friendly community.

I lived in this complex for 2 years with absolutely no problems at all, I raved about this place and even recommended it to nearly all of my friends. I am so thankful that I got out when I did because as soon as new management took over, things went downhill in less than a week. First of all, they deactivated the online payment system for over a month and provided no instructions or help to pay rent… then every single person who worked on the property was either fired or mysteriously disappeared. This means there were no maintenance staff, cleaning crew, or knowledgeable leasing agents on site for days. People who residents had made friends with and saw everyday just gone. This led to complete destruction of the property. Trash overflowing, litter everywhere, packages piling up in every corner while people were visiting family for Christmas. The security door handle to get on my floor was ripped off and broken into… complete chaos. What used to be a beautiful, safe community had been destroyed. Luckily, the week this occurred I was moving out but it does not end there. I am still being charged by the package machine and can’t get ahold of the office to cancel my account or return mail. Lovely. I would stay away from here, it’s very evident they don’t care about the residents at all.
