Stay far away from this place, very Ghetto, my car was broken in several times. They had Gang fights in the back, people hanging out all day and night. Thank God I am gone. I couldn’t even work at peace knowing all the mess that was going on at this complex. Do yourself a favor, STAY AWAY and protect your peace, oh yea they treated the mold in our apartment with Clorox spray, and after it flooded they didn’t even want to pay for use a room..SMH Thank God for Farmers Renters Insurance. This place is all around Trash!…I could go on But you all have been warned 😁 no need to reply because I’m stating FACTZ!!!

I loved touring this community. Some of the units have yards and they are a pretty nice size, this could potentially be my future home! Gina, Monica, and Britney made me feel welcomed and made sure they answered all the questions I had!

Apartments are pretty outdated. Most of the people in the office are nice. The gate is always broken but they do fix it. Had issues with my dishwasher leaking and bath tub always being clogged. Maintenance respond on a timely manner but the problem still was never resolved. We told the front office that the previous tenant never forward their mail and up until move out we still received their mail. Also told the front office that the gate code they gave us wasn’t under our phone number 3x and still was never fixed or worked so we always had to walk or drive to let people into the gate when we had visitors. Almost every month the police is chasing someone through the apartment complex. Sketchy People in the area break into peoples cars. The apartment staff never notifies you of anything unless it has to do with money or getting fined. One morning I woke up with the water shut off we had to contact the front office and let them know of the issue and was told that someone hit the water mane and that it will be fix no later than today instead of just sending an email to everyone that was affected but you have time to put letter on peoples doors about having the hallway odor free or any fines. The building are falling apart. Their a water spot about to burst in the hallway. The sidings are chipped and torn up. They willfully moved us into an apartment that had roofing issues. It was raining and water was pouring into the apartment tried to get in contact with the emergency maintenance and no answer. Had to wait until the office open at 9am. The lady at the office said that the leak couldn’t be that serious and to use a bucket until she came and saw that the ceiling was leaking from multiple sides of the living room. The hot tub also doesn’t work. I turned in a check for my move out balance and they still haven’t process it yet. I wouldn’t live here everything outdated you can easily find a better apartment in the area.

1. Very old and outdated; they've never upgraded anything other than the clubhouse and what prospective residents can see- the very old mismatch lighting, ceiling fans and cabinets will clash with any modern decor (pics uploaded) 2. Valet trash service is sub-par and abused. The breezeways (right at your front door) end up looking like a dumpster in the ghetto littered with little bags, diaper boxes, random trash cans and even old TVs- grounds in general stink of dog poop and have trash and litter on the ground often 3. The front gates are never closed and the apartments are DIRECTLY next to section 8 apartments which is probably why my car has been broken into more than a few times. Anybody has unlimited all night access inside; when the gates are working, residents get locked out with others; they are never fully functional. The back gates are not for exit and entry and are sometimes secured by a little wire (i think its a hanger), but that wire is off for months at a time-not at all safe for residents. 4. Corporate only cares about your money, you will never be able to contact them- you will be totally lied to about someone calling you back and you'll pretty much be completely ignored by the VP, Carmen Suggs. Property manager, Tracy, is quite unpleasant to deal with and probably doesn't have a genuine bone in her body, and definitely doesn't care about residents' comfort. If you want a nice apartment in this area, try Marsh Creek and Andalusian Gate or any properties managed by Knightvest.
