The amenities here are amazing with a staff to match! Shawn and Naomi were so patient with me and made sure that I didn’t walk out of the door until I fully understood every aspect of the process to finding great apartment for my family and myself! Treat your self you will not regret it!!!!

Great staff and great apartments. Ms. Naomi and Ms. Shawn are very helpful. They helped mee in every way possible. The property is beautiful, bedrooms are spacious, and beautiful countertops. If you are planning on moving please go see this property and you will absolutely love it.

Great location. Close to just about everything you need. Been here almost a year. Somewhat worth it for the rental price. Fairly quiet & well kept community. Most neighbors are friendly. The transition to new management was kind of rough, however, they have come in and slowly began to make slight improvements here and there, which can be appreciated. Our disappointment and low review is in regards how maintenance requests are handled. Typically takes several days and multiple follow up calls to have our issues tended to, even when told the maintenance team will be out same day. (They’re rarely out same day.) We’ve been dealing with AC problems for about 4-5 months. It’s either constantly leaking or not cooling the unit at all. Both issues alternate with one another, immediately after the other has been “taken care of.” Maintenance has shared with us they know the extensive work that needs to be done to remedy the problem, but has only made temporary fixes. Our unit is sometimes upwards to 90° inside, now that the outside temps are dropping, but was much warmer in the earlier summer months. I’m currently 8mos pregnant, so as you can imagine, I’m very miserable most days. Definitely not looking forward to having a newborn in the unit, with this problem. Hoping things will get better sooner than later, as we’ve already decided to renew for another lease term. Of the community staff, Samantha, Leo & Fabian are typically the most helpful. We greatly appreciate them!

Alaways good at getting the maintenance orders done on time and making sure everything is fix as well. Keeping the property very clean and making sure they resolving my issue if needed. Kesha is a great assistant manger and as the leasing agent that’s always very polite and nice. They always treat the residents as myself good and good with helping with any questions as needed it

Roach issues, Rats in the walls, Possums under the floors and miscellaneous creatures in the crawl space above the ceilings. Also ferral cats invading patios and trying to get through the windows while trying to to attack pet cats and dogs inside apartments. Management WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANY ISSUES! ALL WORK ORDERS ARE MARKED AS COMPLETED BUT ARE NEVER DONE!
Give it time, if u have reported it to them, they will fix it, it may take time before they fix it
