I walked in hoping someone would be able to accommodate me a tour of the facility. Noelle was not only accommodating, but made me feel like I was the only person that mattered despite the fact that it seemed to be the busiest time of day! She worked me in answered all of my questions, and am seriously making arrangements for a new transition to The Heights at Park Lane! Even the residents were very friendly!
