We got in touch with Elemental Energy because we were having some challenges due to the original solar installer’s work. Their team was very supportive over the phone, which was itself a gift. When Anthoney came out to assess the situation, I was surprised and delighted when he said he could reinstall the panel onto our metal roof and check to make sure the system was properly connected before he left. The panel has been down for months (taking about 1/3 of our 39 panels out of commission) and we have been relying on that income to pay for the solar panels, so I am very grateful to the Elemental Energy team!

Had a great experience with Elemental Energy. They were very patient with us as we were uneducated about the details of purchasing solar panels and we wanted to compare their offer with that of other companies. They were not the least expensive but we got other quotes that were more expensive for similar systems. However, we decided to go with Elemental Energy since we got a good feeling about their desire to provide top quality service, the options they gave us to accommodate our budget and the fact that they run a non-profit that provides solar energy free of charge to remote third world communities that are not connected to their local energy grid. Once we contracted with them the system installation went very smoothly. They were readily available to answer our questions. So far we are in our fourth month where we have only had to pay connection charges to the local electric company (~$12-13/month) - the panels have generated more energy for the grid than we have used at our home. This makes us feel very good. Elemental Energy are highly recommended.
