My niece lives here and her apartment was shot up this morning on 10/10/18! One bullet almost hit my younger niece! These apartments are not safe at all!! And, this was not anyone she knows because she has no enemies! The police informed her that another apartment door was kicked in a couple of days ago! And, the apartment management did not inform the residents of that incident! So, if you value your life do not rent here!

I'm not a resident yet I feel like the apartment townhomes where God wants me to be at when I be on the bus I always see these beautiful townhomes all the time I feel like home there already. You know when you feel like something good it's is God is able I'm sorry I love talking about JESUS he is so good Guess what I'm here God Is Good To Me!!! God answered my prayers I feel peace here where I'm at Glory To God where came from was to much going on Only thing I can say BUT GOD 🙌🙌🙌

This apartment complex use to be so beautiful when I initially moved in. They kept the grounds up and management was really concerned about the tenants. The manager in the office Shatwanna Price is rude and disrespectful so much so none if the residents have nothing positive to say about her. There is no maintenance man because she runs them all off. Oh and don't bother with corporate they are just as unprofessional as she is. BEWARE DONT EVEN STOP HERE OR WASTE ANY OF YOUR TIME TO EVEN INQUIRE HERE!!!!

It's was cool the first year moving here no problems then all of the sudden people started breaking into cars mine included office staff was no help theres never no one in the office at all. There's only 4 visitor parking spots in the whole apartments. You have to all of the sudden start paying for covered parking when we never had to do it before. And they also don't handle there business promptly pool hasn't been open all summer.
