I’ve lived here for a year and a half now and I love it. The property is centrally located between some of the city’s most fun and vibrant neighborhoods and within walking distance of a few food places and stores. Jorge and his staff have been excellent in getting the property back in shape from past management. Community events are well planned and always lots of fun. I would recommend living here.

Applying and moving into the apartment was a breeze. I worked with Ben and he was kind and informative. So far, the communication has been excellent. They are responsive to emails and phone calls. The only thing I am dinging them for is the extra fees that are on top of the rent. There is an additional $65 or so of fees for a variety of things. They are upfront about the fees, but I feel some of them should be included as part of the rent such as the smart home feature which is $20. Otherwise, the apartment was clean and smelled really nice when I moved in. There is some street noise if your apartment is facing Ross avenue, but that is expected.

I cannot say enough good things about the ENTIRE leasing staff. If you're lucky enough to have interactions with Bryson, Ben, and Jorge then you'll know what I mean. Bryson was extremely welcoming and accommodating since I initially toured. He knew the property like the back of his hand and made the experience enjoyable. Ben was also very helpful and responsive to all questions I had throughout the leasing process. I can't stress enough how much communication means to me (especially when other properties are NOT as communicative), so for Ben to be readily available and responsive WITHIN MINUTES was huge. Then finally Jorge, the property manager. When I tell you, he moved heaven and earth to make sure that I was was taken care of, HE DID. He even had time to give me some cool "Welcome Home" gifts. I can see myself being here for a long time. Thanks guys! A true dream team!

Once management changed, living at 4600 Ross was amazing. Bryson was a huge help moving out and was always incredibly kind. The complex had great amenities. The only reasons I'm rating 4/5 stars is out of managements scope. The halfway home and homeless in the area is really the only con of this place. My neighbors were great and the complex was almost always clean.
