I love the apartments dislike the manager and the assistant is always willing to help. My car was towed from in front of my garage, I was never notified that we couldn't back in, IN THE FRONT of my garage. Went to the manager she told me there was nothing she could do, but when I talk to the towing service I was told shes the one over the decision to get my car back in front of my house. Used my rent money to pay the tow company and I was hit with so many late fees due to their apartments managers' mistake. I love my apartment but the manager should be more hands on and more helping than what she is!

They first Ladies that was there, were nice and worked with you but, Amy who's in charge now, is not very friendly, several occasion she's rude to people that live there when they inquire about things, we should have been notified of, we don't get till last minute or not at all. The neighbors are what makes the complex. The kids are plenty but not out of control for the most part, just kids, with not a lot of play area or sidewalks in the complex. However there were a few burglaries, that the complex wasn't even told from management, but was notified from person to person. And the police take for ever to get here. That was mainly due to the gates that stayed open for months till they were fixed in November. The hardwood floors they advertise are not hardword at all. The rent can be a little expensive at market value. And make sure you know what bracket you fall in before hand, for I was told one price, but told another when it was to late to look else were. Most places do not delivery here, and insurance will rise living here.
