Evaline Apartment PLEASE come fix my unit or Break my lease so I can move out of your Apartment in peace...this house is falling apart and I have reported this since February in the days of PRESTON Greens..nothing was done till now!!!the house is not conducive...Air condition not effective DUE STRUCTURE FALLING APART. i.e..picture.very hot plus I am scared the way the structure is falling apart!!my children re scared!!I I report and send pictures to the leasing office all the time..I still reported today!!All I hear is They would come...check my records..till today I pay my bills on time..I don't understand why I am treated this way...if you guys cannot fix this please Break my lease contract without charging me and let me move out in peace than in pieces..when it rains my house is always flooded...Nothing has been done about that too..You can't be keeping quiet while I am not happy and safe...TEXAS WORKFORCE COMMISSION PLEASE HELP!! GET INVOLVED!!!

Okay so, the pools are Gross and sticky, no drop of chlorine has been used to clean those muldy-looking floors that kids are swimming in. Infections are real. Please fix it

I agree, the staff customer service skills need an overhaul, jobs are very hard to find, if you are not happy with what you do, then you are not gonna be very productive, customer service skills are a gift and everyone don't have them.
I remember calling the office to report some strange man sleeping in his car, I was asked what apt is he at? I'm like what tha?? I said he was OUTSIDE sleeping in his car...I was told to call back during normal business hours..my Lord...what a hot mess
