I just met a friend here, the environment is too dirty and disorganized, hundreds of kids playing soccer and with rocks, and broke my tail light, office has no control and cannot manage on how to deal and organize the cleanliness and control the children not to break things. The place has just been remodeled but I am sure that the money is gone to someone’s self pocket because the concretes are broken, driveway asphalt is broken and you can see water ponds on driveway, as per my friend’s saying inside of the apartments are even worse after remodeled I don’t know if the government which fund the low income housing tenant even survey this place A lot of things are not right in this place and needs to be fixed I am so sad after the kids broke my tail light while playing soccer and disrespected but I cannot blame them because the office manager must set a rule and tell them not to play soccer among the parked cars Anyone agree with me post here if you want positive changes

The apartments are ok if you have a limited income. The problem is where the office manager is over charging people with limited income and when you show them it still takes about 6 months or so for your rent to be adjusted . When it does it never for the next month it’s always 2 months later when the change is made leaving you in more debt trying to pay your rent to keep a roof over your head and children if you have any. If you don’t have to move there don’t because I couldn’t wait to move . Moving was the best thing that ever happened to me bc the office charges you what they want not what you make which is really sad when their subsidized apartments.

I KNOW BACK IN 1992 THEY ALLOWED PETS... THESE APARTMENTS ARE LOW INCOME APARTMENTS WHICH MEANS THEY ARE STRICTLY LIMITED/LOW INCOME BASED... I TRIED IN 2012 ON MY OWN AND I WAS TURNED DOWN BECAUSE OF MY CREDIT HISTORY AT THE TIME I HAD A FORECLOSURE FROM MY RECENT DIVORCE... I FOUND OUT HOW MUCH DALLAS TX CARED ABOUT THEIR FINANCIAL PROBLEMS/UNDEREMPLOYED/ UNEMPLOYED STRUGGLING FAMILIES... BUT GOD... I STILL SAY: SEEK AND SHALL FIND... IT'S NOT MANY FAIR AND JUST LANDLORDS OR INDIVIDUALS WHO WILL GIVE YOU A SECOND CHANCE... DON'T QUIT... GOD WILL FIX IT FOR YOU AND GIVE YOU FAVOR... I PRAY THAT IT WILL HELP... BLESSINGS 💞

U bring u and everyone in the house birth certificate social proof of income and u will get put on a waiting list ans they will call u when your name is coming up
My Son and daughter in law stay over there, so far so good and it was easy for her to get in them also I think they are low income Apartments
Applications are taken Tuesdays 2:30 -5:30 and Thursdays 10:00 - 2:00. No washer/dryer connections
We we do , we also take section 8 vouchers as well.
