They don't even pick up the trash on time,got the place looking like a dumpster,but raised the rent through the poorly insulated ceilings.I could understand if the quality of life improved,for increased rent cost.But significanly raising the rent,upwards of $300 ,because of the market,is straight thievery,especially for current tenants.You should be able to park on the roof of the building, if that's the case.
