Worst car buying experience of my life. They had the car priced almost 6,000 more than what It was even worth. A bunch of back and forth. And a big headache. This Dealership service department has consistently delivered the best customer experience. Our truck was on the recall list for and airbag replacement. One of the other Dealerships had called us and set up an appointment to do the replacement. However, when we got there, they told us the part wasn't in and they would call us for another appointment. We had scheduled to have 5 tires replaced at Morristown Chevrolet later in the afternoon. So, we went over early in the day to see if they could work us in. They not only got us in way early for the tire install and alignment, they also had our airbag in stock and did the recall replacement at the same time. Morristown Chevrolet will be doing all my car/truck/motorhome service. They are nice, professionals, and make us feel important every time we come in for service. A++

We treated you with the upmost respect. We helped in every aspect of the sale. If you were not happy ( I was here and you were very appreciative when you left) you would not have purchased the car and drove it home. I totally understand that life might get rough for all of us but there is no reason to blame us for anything here. You have a great car in a budget you can afford. You came to us asking for help and we were able to make a bad situation better(we thought). The BBB closed the case when we showed them everything we tried to do to help you and make you feel comfortable. They even told me personally that they have never had a dealership go so far to help someone with a used vehicle before. Again I am sorry that you are in a rough spot and want to take it out on someone else but we have been more than accommodating and really really tried to help. For the record I have never treated anyone bad and will not stand for any employee treating anyone that way. Thanks
