We treated you with the upmost respect. We helped in every aspect of the sale. If you were not happy ( I was here and you were very appreciative when you left) you would not have purchased the car and drove it home. I totally understand that life might get rough for all of us but there is no reason to blame us for anything here. You have a great car in a budget you can afford. You came to us asking for help and we were able to make a bad situation better(we thought). The BBB closed the case when we showed them everything we tried to do to help you and make you feel comfortable. They even told me personally that they have never had a dealership go so far to help someone with a used vehicle before. Again I am sorry that you are in a rough spot and want to take it out on someone else but we have been more than accommodating and really really tried to help. For the record I have never treated anyone bad and will not stand for any employee treating anyone that way. Thanks
