If I thought it would actually make a difference, I would contact corporate. My experience with some of the members of the pre-owned team has been absolutely horrible. My first mistake was trying to do business with them TWICE. First of all, they sold me a car that has a transmission issue and assured me it did not. Four months after purchasing the vehicle, a radiator hose broke, so I brought it back. They told me it would be $500 to replace a hose and essentially it didn't matter that I'd just purchased the vehicle back in May, but offered to do a trade. CJ is clueless, unprofessional and lacks any semblance of customer service skills. I was told I would be contacted on Saturday to come in and see about a new vehicle (which we came in on Friday for but it was being fixed up) only to wait around all day and have to contact CJ myself, just to be told the pre-owned mechanics and pre-owned sales manager weren't there that day. Nathan, the manager, lacks customer service skills or any kind of empathy. I had been patient and polite and all it got me was being jerked around, money and time wasted. The price of my repair changed three times, and I was told it was "tax" each time. When I called to confirm that an oil change was also done, a service member (not Michael) was pretty rude to me. I do not recommend to anyone looking for a pre-owned vehicle, or service, to come to this dealership. Needless to say I will not be back, even for my complimentary oil changes. And beware of the silver 2015 Chevy Cruze they're selling that I almost traded my car for. Apparently it doesn't pass their safety inspection.
