I drive a Ford Escape and I have been having problems with my steering. It was extremely hard to steer so I took it to the Ford dealership. I was told that the sensor in my steering had gone bad, which I already knew because I had read a lot of comments on line about people with Ford Escape having steering issues. I also had to have a cylinder replaced for my ignition switch, which altogether cost over $1600.00. Two weeks later my steering starts to act up again just like it did before. Ford told me that the sensor might have come loose, or be bad, but that they would check it for me the next week. Now they are telling me that the module is bad and that I would have to pay over $2000.00 to get that fix. To add insult to injury I had to pay $135.00 just to get my keys back. I am very unhappy. It hurts my hands to try and steer this wheel, but it’s the only car that I have. The only reason why I gave one star is because they it very quickly. UPDATE: Ford reached out to me and resolved the problem about the money, but they said that the module is bad and that is why I am still having problems with my steering. They offered to fix it for around $1200, but I’m not bringing my car back.

Just bought a Ford Explorer from this dealership. The folks here were great! Low pressure, easy to work with. Great experience overall! Update: I just had another great experience at Morristown Ford. Norman was very helpful getting me set up with an extended service plan for my Ford Escape. I live very close to another Ford dealership, but I drive out of my way to go to Morristown Ford because the service is so much better than anyone else I've been to.
