I was TURNED AWAY from service. They had both walk up windows closed at just before 2pm on a Monday afternoon. I walked up to the drive through, and was told cars only.  I told her I'm a semi truck driver, and explained thus was the only spot I could get into to eat. She said sorry, and closed the window.

Let me start off by saying I love checkers as a whole but my experience that I just had there was so terrible I have to share it. I don't know what it was it sounded like a young lady but it looked like it could have been a young man. But from taking the order all the way up to snatching the card out of my hand threw me for a loop. I have nothing against anybody and their beliefs if you want to be this or if you want to be that that is fine I have no problems with it. But the name of the game is the game it's called customer service. And when you make smart remarks towards me and act like I'm the biggest board to your day I don't care that you're understaffed. I have friends and family alike that are understaffed and they take it on the chin. I also know the excuse of well someone could have died in her family could be raised. But what if that was the case for me. What if someone died in my family or something horrific like that and her attitude made me snap because it was just the wrong place at the wrong time. Then both the customer and the employee lives would have been changed forever. Have consideration for other people. I'm not saying he or she should be fired but what I am saying is you will lose business having he or she working the cash register

Had been a while since I'd eaten at Checkers, this reminded me why. Very disappointing meal. Chicken, burger, fries all tasted bad and had terrible after taste.
