Every time I go to this particular location, I never get everything that I ordered. The people are nice but paying for it all and not getting it all is rediculous. Really discourages me from going at all any more

I had the same problem so I just stopped going to that particular one.

I have had pretty much the same issues... forgotten sides/extras and they refuse to sub out items (fully loaded vs regular). Special orders are usuakly wrong also.

I seem to have to ask for dressing when i order chicken

I never go through drive-thru I always go to the walk-up window and check before I leave never had a problem
